Madi believes good hair should feel like you—just better. She’s a haircut girl through and through, loving everything from short shapes to long layers, with dimensional, lived-in color thrown in for good measure. Her starting point? “What are you loving—and not loving—about your hair right now?” Then she gets to work.

She wants you to leave her chair feeling heard, confident and beautiful—with a style you actually know how to recreate at home. (And yes, she has opinions about round-brush blowouts.)

Beyond the Chair…. Former barista. Current home chef and coffee snob. Madi takes her iced almond milk latte with an extra shot and loads of cinnamon, listens to everything from The Mars Volta to indie pop, and would happily spend a day doing nothing but haircuts. Dream chair guests? Dakota Johnson or Jennifer Lawrence. And someday, she’d love to add cosmetology instructor to her résumé.

Equal parts classic and eclectic, Rachel brings experience, curiosity and plenty of personality to Hue Kaboom. Her goal is simple: help you understand your hair, love your style and leave her chair feeling confident.

After 25 years behind the chair—and building a successful salon and loyal clientele along the way—Timothy knows what works. Color is his sweet spot, with highlights happily filling his perfect day, but he’s just as comfortable with a great cut. His philosophy is refreshingly simple: the cut and color should do the work. Product is the topcoat, not the foundation.

Timothy believes education is everywhere if you’re willing to keep learning, and his consultations skip the Pinterest-perfect expectations in favor of a better question: “What don’t you like?” The goal is straightforward—great hair that leaves you feeling refreshed, perked up and ready to go.

Beyond the Chair… Timothy runs on black iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and considers celebrity clients way too stressful. Outside the salon, he’s an art-gallery-loving, interior-design-obsessed, party-planning zoo person with a soft spot for aquariums and miniatures. His signature cocktail? A Casamigos with a rim of jalapeño.
